Towards a Skills Taxonomy for a Multinational Energy Technology Company

We helped a Multinational Energy Technology Company in its strategy to make its workforce ready for the future, i.e., to ensure that the company has the right skills at the right time at the right place. For this, we use text mining analyses on the company’s own vacancy-data to extract a skillset for every job-type in the company. Then, through in-depth expert-interviews with the company, we co-created a HR-tool which the company now uses to reform their HR-policy and to help deal with their strategic skills demands.
