K. van Cruchten

Kim van Cruchten is a PhD Candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA). Her research focuses on the teacher shortage, and is part of the TeacherLab of Education Lab, under supervision of prof. Dr. Inge de Wolf, prof. Dr. Bart Golsteyn and prof. Dr. Chris van Klaveren.

She has obtained a bachelor degree in International Business from Maastricht University as well as a master degree in Learning and Development in Organisations at the same university. Before she joined ROA as a PhD Candidate, Kim was a lecturer at the School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University.
