The conference provided a platform for discussing a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence (AI) and the future of work, educational inequality, career development and labour market integration.
The programme featured keynote lectures by Prof. Thomas Dohmen (University of Bonn) and Prof. Michelle Jackson (Stanford University). Special recognition goes to Prof. Frank Cörvers, one of the conference’s main organisers, for his contribution to bringing the research community together.
The conference marked four decades of ROA research, which has evolved to examine education and the labour market across the life course, from early childhood to retirement.
