− 1 min readLast week, ROA hosted the Skills2Capabilities conference at the Bonnefanten Museum in Maastricht. Over two days (13–14 November 2025), we explored key insights from the Skills2Capabilities project, shared research findings, and engaged in thought-provoking discussions on the future of skills and capabilities development in a changing labour market.
