T. Schröttke

Timo Schröttke is a PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University. He holds a Research Master’s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University. His research interests centre on labour-market institutions, lifelong learning, skills development, and the ways technological and organisational change shape workforce adaptation. As part of the NWO-funded Smart Skills @ Scale project, Timo’s PhD research focuses on labour-market policies and lifelong learning, examining how firms and institutions respond to changing skill needs and how policies can support workers and organisations in adapting to these changes.
