Are you passionate about research into the labour market, education, and lifelong development? At the Research Center for Education and the Labour Market (ROA), you will work on projects that not only have scientific value but also contribute to policy and practice. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop your own expertise and make an impact on issues that matter.

  • What are you going to do?

    As a researcher at ROA, you will work at the intersection of science and policy. You will conduct independent research and supervise junior researchers on projects related to the labour market, education, and lifelong development. Examples include the Education-Labour Market Project (POA), the UM Alumni Study, and studies on lifelong development.
