Submission of the papers and registration for the conference will be handled exclusively by SOLE. 
The deadline for submission is December 1, 2024.

Individuals are invited to submit proposals through the MiraSmart online submissions system at https://submissions.mirasmart.com/SOLE2025/login.aspx. Complete papers should be submitted for both regular and poster sessions. Only one submission per person is permitted.

• Acceptance decisions will be emailed to authors by February 3, 2025.
• Registration will open the week of February 3, 2025.
• Registration deadline for authors of accepted papers is April 15, 2025. 
  Papers will be pulled from the program if authors are not registered.
