J.E. Kuczynska

Joanna Kuczynska is a PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Amsterdam and holds two master's degrees, one in psychological research and another in international business. Her research focuses on lifelong learning and training participation.
