Professor Didier Fouarge appointed as director of ROA

We are pleased to announce that the board of the School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University has appointed Professor Didier Fouarge as the new director of ROA as from January 1, 2021. He will succeed the current directors Professor Andries de Grip, who will retire but still be connected to ROA as honorary professor, and Professor Rolf van der Velden, who will step down as director but will remain part of the ROA Management Team.

Professor Fouarge has been working at ROA since 2007 and is member of the ROA Management Team since 2017. We are confident that he will continue to foster the positive atmosphere within ROA and its high-quality research that has a strong policy impact.
