Z. Zhu
Ziyue Zhu is a PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) at Maastricht University. Under supervision of Prof.dr. Didier Fouarge, Dr. Barbara Belfi, and Dr. Melline Somers, she works on projects concerning the mismatch between skills obtained from education and the requirements of labour market.
She holds a Master of Statistics and Data Science from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Master of Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra/Barcelona School of Economics. Ziyue obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Wuhan University, China. After her master studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Big Data Decision Analytics Research Centre, the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
