Dennis Oliver Kubitza is currently a PhD candidate and research associate at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) and an affiliated PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA).

Dennis earned degrees in Math (B.Sc.), Economics (B.Sc.), and Computer Science (M.Sc.)from the University of Bonn. He is a certified Data Scientist for trustworthy Artificial Intelligence. He used to work as a Research Engineer at Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems (IAIS) before taking up his current positions in 2021.

His research focus is the linkage of survey data to Information Systems (especially for geospatial data and spatial mobility information) and the application of Machine Learning Models in the Social Sciences.
