Abstract
The paper discusses three main points in making research on lifelong learning truly person-centric:
- Consider health and well-being as learning demands might affect employees in these areas.
- Address individual agency carefully, particularly by contextualizing it within organizational and labor market contexts.
- Apply person-centric methods to move beyond averages and correlations to profiles and trajectories.
