A.J. Hendrikse

Arnold Hendrikse is Specialist Research Data Management at the Research Centre for Education and the Labor Market (ROA). He has obtained bachelor degrees in Sociology and Philosophy, and a master’s degree in Economic Policy at Utrecht University. Within these degrees quantitative research and critical understanding of data were always essential.

Arnold is passionate about promoting a collaborative research environment, and as part of the Research Data Management team, Arnold plays a role in facilitating the collection, organization, and analysis of the various available data. Key aspects of his work include implementing efficient data management strategies to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of research data. He collaborates closely with researchers and scholars across various disciplines within ROA, providing guidance on best practices for data handling, analysis, visualization, documentation, and storage. He helps design and implement data management plans, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations.
