Danique Eijkenboom is a Junior Researcher at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA). He obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Business and a master’s degree in International Business – specializing in Strategic Marketing, at Maastricht University’s School of Business and Economics (SBE). From an early age, his passion for sports directed him towards a career in sports journalism. Over the years, his role in sports journalism involved continual research, delving into the intricacies of various athletic pursuits. Through this ongoing exploration, he discovered a connection between his work and scientific principles, cultivating an interest in scientific literature. Currently, he is involved as a researcher at ai:conomics and at project Education-Labour market (POA).
