Luisa Minssen is currently a PhD candidate and research associate at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) and an affiliated PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA). She obtained a Master degree in Economics in 2017 at the Lund University. After working as an Area Manager in the operational field of Amazon DE, she moved to her current position. Luisa started her PhD in April 2020, and her research focus is on recruitment and training decisions, work organization, and human resources management.
