To study placement advice in education through data-driven collaboration between primary and secondary schools in Rotterdam.

In order to arrive at advice and placements in which the background of students plays less of a role, it is important that primary and secondary teachers enter into dialogue with each other and learn how they can make better use of data in (placement) advice. Through this research, the consortium led by Carla Haelermans (consisting of a team from ROA, Sardes and several school boards in Rotterdam) will measure the effect of professional learning communities and the use of data on the development of advice.
